Kelly maps of 1891-1893

Penang is very fortunate to have been surveyed in the 1890s by F. W. Kelly, surveyor of revenues - from India. These beautiful and informative surveys have been scanned by Jabatan Ukur Dan Pemetaan. There are 190 of them. Currently they have not been catalogued, so to find one street requires looking through all 190 surveys.
